Airport Pick-Up Instructions To ensure timely airport pick-up service, please provide accurate and complete travel information and confirm the airport and time of your flight arrival. Pick-up includes 90 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time of the flight. Exceeding 90 minutes will incur an overtime fee of JPY 2000 per 30 minutes (less than 30 minutes will be charged as 30 minutes). You can choose a specified pick-up time by contacting customer service in advance for confirmation. The specified time includes 30 minutes of free waiting. Exceeding 30 minutes will incur an overtime fee of JPY 2000 per 30 minutes (less than 30 minutes will be charged as 30 minutes). If you do not arrive at the pick-up point within 90 minutes and have not contacted the driver or customer service, the driver will not wait, and it will be considered as a forfeited order with no refund. Orders canceled within 24 hours of the usage date due to flight delays, cancellations, or other uncontrollable factors will not be refunded. If your flight is delayed, canceled, or rescheduled, please contact customer service or the driver at least 24 hours before the original departure time. If not notified in advance, it will be considered voluntary forfeiture with no refund. Airport Drop-Off Instructions Please wait at your specified hotel at the order time. Drop-off includes 30 minutes of free waiting from the specified time. Exceeding 30 minutes will incur an overtime fee of JPY 2000 per 30 minutes (less than 30 minutes will be charged as 30 minutes). If you do not appear within 30 minutes and have not contacted the driver or customer service, and we are unable to contact you, the driver will not wait, and it will be considered as a forfeited order with no refund. Vehicle Use Time Service Hours: Outside of 24 hours, based on the specified pick-up time of the traveler. (Note: Itinerary information within 24 hours that has already been confirmed by customer service cannot be modified) For vehicle use between 22:00 and 08:00, an additional nighttime fee of JPY 2000 will be charged (payable on site).
