Service hours are from 08:00 to 20:00. It is recommended to reasonably arrange the departure time to fully enjoy the attractions. -If the service exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee of JPY 5000 per hour will be charged. -Departure time can be arranged according to the traveler's needs. -Please note: The driver will speak only Chinese or Japanese, or use translation software to communicate in English. -Children and infants also occupy a seat. A child safety seat occupies approximately 1.5 adult seats. -The provider can offer a maximum of one child safety seat. If needed, please pay the child seat fee at the time of booking. -The provider will send the driver information to you one day before departure (at the latest, 3 hours before the use of the car). Fuji, a mountain fee of JPY 2100 - JPY 3700 will be charged. Please pay this fee directly to the local facilities at the 5th Station of Mt. Fuji. -The pick-up and drop-off points are within hotels or guesthouses in the 23 wards of Tokyo (additional fees may apply for cross-zone service based on actual conditions). -Standard luggage size: 36 cm x 25 cm x 53 cm. Large luggage will be considered as 2 pieces. If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the allowable capacity, resulting in the inability to board, the cost will be borne by the customer.
