【Pick-up Instructions】 ★ To ensure timely pick-up service, please provide accurate and complete vehicle information, and confirm the landing airport and time of your flight. The driver will wait for you for 90 minutes for free after your flight lands. ★ If you do not arrive at the pick-up point within 90 minutes and do not contact the driver or customer service, the driver will no longer wait. It will be considered as a no-show, and the fee will not be refunded. ★ If your flight is delayed, canceled, or rescheduled, please contact customer service or the driver at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled departure time. If not notified in advance, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation, and the fee will not be refunded. ★ If the order is canceled within 24 hours before the use date due to flight delays, cancellations, or other force majeure factors, no refunds will be processed. ★ In case of sudden situations such as flight delays, please contact customer service in advance. If you need to extend the driver's waiting time, you need to pay the overtime fee. The overtime fee varies depending on the service time period and must be paid on-site to the driver.
