This vehicle can only be driven within a 100 km radius of the departure hotel in Osaka city or within a 300 km radius outside Osaka city. (If the itinerary spans different areas, such as Kyoto + Nara, an additional inter-area service fee will be charged.) The total duration of the private car service for 7-seater and 10-seater vehicles is 10 hours, with 8 hours if starting or ending in different areas (allowing for time as needed). The available service time is from 08:00 to 20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably to fully enjoy the sightseeing spots. Special note: The total duration of the private car service for 14-seater and 18-seater vehicles is 9 hours, with 7 hours if starting or ending in different areas (allowing for time as needed). The available service time is from 08:00 to 20:00, with a maximum overtime of 1 hour. If the service time exceeds the limit, an overtime fee will be charged to the driver: JPY 5000 per hour for vehicles with less than 10 seats, and JPY 10000 per hour for vehicles with 14 seats or more. Departure time can be arranged according to the traveler's needs (within the available service time). Please note: The driver only speaks Chinese or Japanese, but can use translation software for English communication. Children and infants also occupy seats. Child safety seats take up about 1.5 adult seats. The supplier can provide up to one child safety seat. If needed, please pay for the child seat when booking. The supplier will send driver information one day before departure (at the latest, 3 hours before the service). Please pay attention. Please wait in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance for pick-up. The pick-up and drop-off points are within hotels or inns in the Osaka area (additional driving time may be required for different locations, or additional fees may apply). Kansai Airport is not considered within Osaka city and is not covered within the standard service range, requiring additional fees.
