*Service Area: The vehicle can only be driven within 100 kilometers of the departure hotel in Sapporo city, or within 300 kilometers outside of Sapporo city.
*Service Duration: The total duration of the private car service is 10 hours, or 8 hours if starting or ending in a different location. Service hours are from 08:00 to 20:00. It is recommended to reasonably arrange the departure time to fully enjoy the attractions.
*Overtime Fees: If the service exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee of JPY 5000 per hour will be charged. Flexible Departure Time: Departure time can be arranged according to the traveler's needs. Driver Language: The driver will speak only Chinese or Japanese, or use translation software to communicate in English.
*Child Seat: Children and infants also occupy a seat. A child safety seat occupies approximately 1.5 adult seats. The provider can offer a maximum of one child safety seat. If needed, please pay the child seat fee at the time of booking.
*Driver Information: The provider will send the driver information to you one day before departure (at the latest, 3 hours before the use of the car). Please pay attention. Please wait in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
*Pick-Up and Drop-Off Points: The pick-up and drop-off points are within hotels or guesthouses in Sapporo city (additional fees may apply for cross-zone service based on actual conditions).
