Important Notes The vehicle is only allowed to drive within 100 kilometers of the departure hotel in Tokyo city or within 300 kilometers outside of Tokyo city. (If the itinerary includes different areas, such as Mt. Fuji and Hakone, an additional cross-zone service fee will be charged.) The total duration of the private car service for 7-seater and 10-seater vehicles is 10 hours, or 8 hours if starting or ending in a different location (time is reserved based on actual conditions). The service hours are from 08:00 to 20:00. It is recommended to reasonably arrange the departure time to fully enjoy the attractions. Special Note: The total duration of the private car service for 14-seater and 18-seater or larger vehicles is 9 hours, or 7 hours if starting or ending in a different location (time is reserved based on actual conditions). The service hours are from 08:00 to 20:00, with a maximum of 1 hour of overtime. If the service time is exceeded, an overtime fee of JPY 5000 per hour will be charged for vehicles with less than 10 seats, and JPY 10000 per hour for vehicles with more than 14 seats. Departure time can be arranged according to the traveler's needs (within the service hours). Please note: The driver will only speak Chinese or Japanese, or use translation software to communicate in English. Children and infants also occupy a seat. A child safety seat occupies approximately 1.5 adult seats. The provider can offer a maximum of one child safety seat. If needed, please pay the child seat fee at the time of booking. The provider will send the driver information to you one day before departure (at the latest, 3 hours before the use of the car). Please pay attention. Please wait in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. If your itinerary includes the 5th Station of Mt. Fuji, a mountain fee of JPY 2100 - JPY 3700 will be charged. Please pay this fee directly to the local facilities at the 5th Station of Mt. Fuji. The pick-up and drop-off points are within hotels or guesthouses in the 23 wards of Tokyo (additional fees may apply for cross-zone service based on actual conditions). Haneda Airport and Disney area hotels are not considered within Tokyo city and are not covered by the pick-up service. Additional fees will be required.
